I absolutely LOVE that my Toby likes to go for a run. He'll sleep all morning, as he's not much of a morning dog. However, when I get home from the gym and holler if he wants to go for a run...he can't get downstairs fast enough π. It's beautiful that he runs right beside (or behind π) and won't cross in front of me or dart in a direction even if squirrel or rabbit crossed our path. He will look at me and I just say, I know Toby. I saw it tooπ€£. Having a furry best friend/ protector is wonderful! π₯°

I know, I know...I saw the wrinkles too on my shoulders doing the stability ball pikes. I'm not thrilled about it, but I have to remind myself that I'm 49 and I'd lost 150lbs so I can't have a perfect bodyππ...tho I still look sexy as hellπ most daysππ. I'm sure not very many women my age workout like I do.

I had forgotten to post the workout I did yesterday...with some modifications. I went for 15/16 reps cycled thru 2x's & added 15 Burpees (vs doing 4 exercises for 5 min). Then had to cut it short. I finished with 15 Deadlifts at 155lbs (still nursing pulled hamstringπ) & leg lifts.
Tips highly appreciated...I saw the seam was opening up on my workout pantsπ©π. These aren't cheap π. Ticks me off because I love how they fit & stay on place when im working out. Ugh!

Got in a seriously good sweat!. Before boxing, I get on the elliptical (don't have it as an option on my HR monitor app) so it shows as treadmill. You can tell how much I pushed just by the amount of sweat dripping off me by Round 8π...its crazy!!! Looks those sexy calf muscles ππ

OMG π₯΅ 12k+ steps. Who knows how many trips I made dragging limbs piled upon branches π€ wonder if I'll finally be sore tomorrow π. Seriously, I'm thankful it wasn't worse than it was. No damage to the house. I only climbed up 1 tree & husband wouldn't allow me to get on the roof.π Definitely sweated!!! I clean up well tooππ

Apparently ya'll really like to see me sweatπ Boxing at 6am. I'm actually walking in about 5.30am when he's turning on the lights to get in 20+min on elliptical. I crank up the resistance to work on my tight ass ππ. 1st 15min is cardio & getting warm. 8- 3min rounds & last 15min is all core. π I do this religiously 3days/wk... just shy of 8yrs now. Yes, I β€ it! Great sweat & certainly a way to work out frustrations of daily life...I've had enough of these past several years! π Hope you enjoy your dayπ

Got to spend more time on the paddleboard today...totally my happy place! Toby loves it too! My day started with boxing class. It helps to get out some irritated feelings. Just zoning out & focusing in on those powerful punches. Fyi...if the bag swings too much it means your pushing that bag with your punch. The objective is to have a very powerful & quick punch.

Yes, that is 50lb dumbbell on my chest. Oh...so this probably didn't help the hamstrings, but I deadlifted 185lbs π. My legs were shaking and I bruised the left palmπ...maybe I should strap-in next timeππ€£. After the lifts, I couldn't do anymore at that weight so dropped 50 lbs off & did another 10 liftsπͺπͺπͺ
