Real talk, I’ve dealt with skin issues since I was about 17 and my skin journey has had a lot of ups and downs. Sometimes I have breakout attacks and I have some scarring as well. In addition I have minor rosacea! I’ve learned to love my skin and continue to take care of it.

A pre-run legging on/off
Also.... for all my fellow adrenaline junkies that ask me running questions here’s some answers
1. I run about 3-6 miles daily when the weather is nice, sometimes 7-10 if I’m feeling it
2. Average pace is 7-8 minutes with about a 7.30 mile. If I’m running short distance about 6 mile
3. You could not pay me to run on a treadmill, I’m not a hamster.
4. Apple Watch and AirPods are a must. I don’t normally run with my phone unless I’m planning on taking nudes.
5. ASICS and new balance life
6. Fasted cardio sometimes depends on my mood
7. If I’m not dripping in sweat by the end, I’m not happy.
8. I’m obsessed with Strava
9. If you’re running with the purpose of losing weight, try interval training instead. You’ll get way better results.
10. Punk and hip hop are the best running music, enough said

Crucial life update!
