to celebrate things getting back to normal i wanted to come back with a little challenge🐷
seeing how fast i can go through a whole tub of gainer🥤 im aiming for under a week, going to try to do them twice a day to get the best results (ontop of the massive amounts of food i eat per day)🤭
in each shake there's gonna be a minimum of 1300 cals, but im playing around with what goes in them to make them as calorie dense as possible
